New version of the Topper book launched.

A completely new version of the Topper book by Dave Cockerill and John Caig, published by Fernhurst Books is being launched on Saturday at the RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show, Farnbrough.

 

You may 'know' the previous book but this new 3^rd edition overs all three Topper rigs (4.2, 5.3 and 6.4) and is fully up to date with details of the new rota-moulded (grey) boats as well as the traditional injection-moulded (red) boats.

 

Also new: Jess Powell, current UK National Champion and World Junior champion, demonstrates the techniques required, as well as what not to do, in over 300 photos and has contributed to the text, making sure it is completely relevant to today’s Topper sailors.

 

 

It is the only book which shows how to rig, sail and race the Topper right up to World Championship standard and is recognised as the bible for Topper sailing.
